I have been a fitness professional on the beautiful Monterey peninsula for 8+ years. I am an olympic distance triathlete, enjoy trail 1/2 marathons, practice Ashtanga yoga, and love exploring the outdoors with my husband and 13 pound pomapoo. I am currently working on my master's degree in human movement. I train people of all ages and levels (14-85), and hold workshops for new personal trainers, teaching them the fundamentals of functional exercise programming in a hands on format.

    I have been working out with Jenn for 3 years and highly recommend her. She is extremely knowledgeable, keeps up on all current fitness trends and information, and will cater each session to your individual needs. I rely on Jenn to work with me on all the areas I don't know how to work out myself! Each session is completely different than the one prior, and she is also introducing new exercises, stretches and tools. Jenn makes my workout routine complete, and she makes it fun!

    I’ve trained twice a week with Jenn for almost five years and recommend her highly. She is knowledgeable, professional, punctual, creative and fun. While I’m good at doing cardio on my own I’m not disciplined about weight training, stretching, etc. She balances the cardio work I do on my own with organized, interesting, challenging and effective training. I suffered with knee problems for years and Jenn has carefully strengthened and stabilized them so I can now enjoy longer cardio sessions and steeper hiking than I could before. Before Jenn I trained for five years with other trainers who were inconsistent, contributed to injuries, and changed schedules and career direction frequently. If you’re looking for long-term result oriented professional training, Jenn is the answer.
