I am dedicated fitness and nutrition coach whose passion is to motivate and educate women towards their personal fitness goals while making it a part of their daily lifestyle. I am a nationally certified personal trainer through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and ISSA Fitness Nutrition certified as well as Spinning, Group Strength Training, Boot Camp, HIIT interval training and TRX suspension training.
