Fitness has been a passion of mine for the past ten years. I got involved in a fit and healthy lifestyle after my first son was born when I wanted to lead an example by taking care of myself and my family. Along the way I discovered many activities I enjoyed, and achieved many accomplishments such as earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, competing in a women’s fitness competition, and becoming a marathoner and Boston Marathon Qualifier. I received my Personal Training instruction and certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas, Texas. I also am certified in Red Cross CPR, AED, and First Aid. To me, fitness should be fun and challenging. I like to help people set new goals and work to achieve them. Whether the goal is losing weight and getting in shape, getting stronger and fitter for sports, or setting sights on a challenge such as a 5K or marathon, I want to help you achieve it!

    Jenny offers such a wide variety of ways to train, all of which produce successful results! With encouraging support and a positive outlook, she will help you meet your goals and then take you beyond what you thought you could achieve. Jenny is always staying on top of what is new in the world of fitness, and she uses innovative techniques which keep all workouts fresh. She has an innate ability to assess your need and adjust your workout on any given day. Sometimes my husband joins my session with little notice and Jenny creates a workout that is challenging for both of us even though we are at different strength levels.

    Jenny, is an awesome trainer but is so much more than just that. She cares about you as an individual and helps you in every aspect. She is very knowledgeable and practices what she preaches. She also encourages you even when you don't think you can do it. She is just the best. Would recommend her to anyone from beginner to most advanced.

    Jenny's personal training is exactly that...personal! She customizes her clients' workouts to optimize their abilities and meet their individual needs. Whether I am working out in a group, with a friend, or in a personal session, Jenny pays attention to me and helps me reach my goals. She also makes exercise fun. Her boot camps provide a rigorous workout in an encouraging and friendly environment. My only wish is that I could work out with Jenny more often!

    I enjoy getting my butt kicked by Jenny! After class I feel good and I feel stronger. Even though I only see her once a week maybe twice I see a difference in myself and my strength. I like that the facility is very personal and never crowded. I enjoy my time there and with Jenny.

    I have worked with Jenny for almost 2 years now (maybe more??) and she has motivated me to always do more, strive for higher goals. I've done personal training, boot camp and running clinics--all are top notch. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, both on fitness and nutrition, and works within/around your specific needs. I would not be in the shape I am today without her!
