    Jennie has been my trainer for the last 4-5 weeks. Her training sessions are top notch. She constantly pushes me throughout the session. She has shown me many different exercise techniques to increase stamina, tone the body and increase strength. She brings a wealth of knowledge about what the exercise can do for your health and well being. She takes you at your strength level and helps you improve your strength through different exercises. She cares about what your goals are and puts an action plan to help achieve those goals. I strongly recommend Jennie to anyone that wants to improve their health, fitness goals and lose weight.

    I have been working with Jennie For the past 2 months. I started this journey to become stronger, increase my stamina and balance. Every week I can do new things and realize I am getting stronger. Jennie always encourages me and boosts my confidence in myself. She really cares and wants you to be the best you can be. She knows how much to push you and more importantly she knows when you getting really fatigued. She trains in a way that makes you want to keep coming back. I am so happy she is my trainer but also she is my friend in this journey. If you are considering a fitness goal she is the one for you! When I began I was totally intimidated by the equipment and machines but Jennie will teach you good technique and form so that you will not injure yourself and learn properly. Highly recommend Jennie!!

    I have been working with Jennie for almost 4 weeks... There are a lot trainers there at Pivotal and I am sure they are good.. But I thank my lucky stars they put me in contact with Jennie. She is so positive and truly interested in your goals. My goal was to loose 20 pounds in 8 weeks. With her help I have lost almost 15 pounds in 4 weeks. Together, we are going met that goal and set up new ones.
    Jennie goes above and beyond for her clients! Knowing nothing about Roller derby she is incorporating things I use on the track a lot. With her training I get up faster when hit to the ground, my balance is improving, my strength is increasing, my endurance and agility is getting better with each week.
    If your thinking about getting a trainer she is the one! She is a motivator and knowing I work with her someone who truly cares. It helps to increase your confidence in yourself, decreases the fear that I don't know what I am doing in that gym with weight machines and free weights.... cause she teaches me! Corrects me when my form is off to make each exercise benefit me and protect my body from injury

    I have been working with Jennie for a couple weeks and thoroughly enjoy the sessions, which are not words I ever thought I would utter... I like food and lounging... Now however I appreciate what Jennie is teaching me, I'm seeing the results my stamina is stronger, and my balance is better... I haven't trained for over 15 years, so Jennie has her work cut out for her, which she takes in her stride. I have a better appreciation of the value and benefits of the regular workouts. Jennie listens to what I want to achieve and focuses on the stubborn areas with me. At the end of our sessions I feel I've achieved something...and this motivates me to want to continue, again a state of mind I attribute to Jennie and her training, as I've tried in the past and never stayed the course. This time im in it for the long haul with Jennie. I would endorse Jennie to anyone considering using her as a trainer.. she will get you where you need and want to be.     I couldn't be happier with the training I'm receiving from Jennie. Not only is she personable and encouraging but she has extensive knowledge of fitness and nutrition. Her workouts are challenging and in just a few weeks my balance and strength have improved. I am looking forward to continuing my training with her and seeing my progress along the way.
