    I've never, ever enjoyed group workouts before -- until I took one led by Jenine. Her kickboxing/cross-training class is small and inviting, and allows for a great blend of individual attention and activities which allow you to feed off your classmates' enthusiasm. Jenine provides positive -- and often very funny -- encouragement and feedback, which makes me strive to work harder. I always leave her class feeling energized and accomplished.

    A combination of professionalism and experience makes Jenine a top notch instructor. She has the ability to take a group of people ( all with different backgrounds, sizes, shapes and fitness levels) and pull us together to have an incredible workout. When I leave a group session with her, I feel stronger, more confident and proud. Jenine is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their fitness goals.

    Jenine is awesome in both personal sessions and leading groups. She consistently provides fun and challenging workouts that push me further than the week before and make me do more than I thought I could. She does a great job of tailoring to clients' needs and goals and always manages to make me laugh and keep me motivated.

    Jenine is an excellent trainer. I always refer my friends to her and they always give her rave reviews. Jenine is energetic and her workouts are always fun. She always changes things up so you never get bored.

    You definitely feel the burn after a work out with Jenine. She makes working out fun by keeping a fast pace and always finds a way to make you laugh at the same time. She focuses on each persons strengths and provides you with lots of motivation to improve.
