    I find Jason's knowledge and understanding of how the body works to be very deep. He tailors each of my workouts to what I need; no cookie cutter approach here! I highly recommend Jason to anyone interested in improving their health and their life.

    I started working with Jason in November. Since then we worked together to help me reach my goals in weight loss and strength gains. Jason is extremely knowledgable when it comes to different types of physical activity weight lifting, cycling, and various other forms of exercise. I have knee problems and Jason is able to modify exercises to allow me to continue a vigorous work out without worrying about my injury. With Jason's help in the gym and cooking tips I have been able to lose over 20 lbs with strength increases. Jason is a great personal trainer who can work with all populations and see positive results.

    Five years ago I started training with Jason to prepare for my upcoming wedding. In six months I lost 15lbs. I went from a size 6 and sometimes 8 to a size 2. I was sculpted an not only looked great for my big day but felt great. I have continued to work with Jason because of his motivation techniques, fun personality and high energy. I am a former college athlete that hated working out. I now look forward to working out and I attribute that to Jason. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone at any age or ability.

    I met Jason for the first time, seven years ago after having my fourth child and achieved results I never thought possible! Jason has the ability to push me outside my comfort zone and make me believe I can achieve anything I am willing to work for. Fortunately, our paths have crossed again and he has been my trainer for the last four months. I have worked with other trainers over the past few years and none are as good as Jason. He creates workouts that are doable and challenging for me and helps me manage my entire fitness and nutrition routines. Furthermore, he holds me accountable which helps me achieve my goals. I can not recommend Jason highly enough!
