Client Reviews/Comments
I worked out with Jason for 6 months before my wedding. Right from the start, Jason had me hooked. He was fun, energizing and great at getting me moving. Jason was extremely knowledgeable about the right workout for me and my body type. He was very good at motivating me and getting me to follow my workout plan without him, on my days off. He also changed it up every day, so I never got bored. Jason always answered my questions and kept me wanting to do better. Jason is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend!
I have worked with Jason consistently for more than six months and he is a superb trainer. I have lived in Washington, DC and New York, NY and would rate him as the most knowledgeable and competent PT that I have worked with. Every one of my workouts with Jason is different and he has a deep understanding of physiology and what exercises best address your specific weaknesses. I also appreciate that he thinks most about what will produce the best results for his clients, be it group classes, small training groups or PT. He is very dedicated and I would recommend enthusiastically and without reservation.
Why would you rate the organization that certified you a 3/5? As a prospective client, I would not be impressed with you. The NSPA earns 5 stars in my book for their superb teaching staff, and thorough assessment testing. While their CPT program is ideal for beginners, they also offer a CCS program for more advanced trainers.
