    Jason is a nothing short of a miracle worker. My body has already undergone a serious transformation in the first 6 weeks of his program (9% body fat loss after just 3 weeks!), and I cannot wait to see the final result. Not only is Jason a great trainer, but he also provides the full toolset needed for optimum weight loss and health: workouts, diet, and knowledge expertise. As someone who has tried every diet and workout under the sun, I have never spent my time or money more wisely than I have investing in what Jason has to offer.

    I trained 4 months with Jason a year and half ago. I was looking to take my training to the elite level, and viewing his testimonials and before/after photos of past clients who've competed, I knew I had to meet with him. I was already active to begin with, and had been on a life long quest to achieve what seemed to me to be an "elusive" dream of achieving the body I desired - the ones you see that grace the cover of Oxygen Magazine and Fitness Fx for Women.

    Jason kickstarted me in the right direction. He forever changed my previous perceptions in how I thought about exercise and nutrition. His knowledge and humor made the 2 hour drive worth it every week!

    I first worked with Jason just over a year ago, to prep me for my first men's physique competition. Jason helped me set up my diet plan, and fine tune my workout routines and form. Because of that, I managed to drop 1% bodyfat per week, which got me to be stage ready in just 2 months. With his practice posing sessions, he helped me to be the Champion Men's Physique for 2014 Mr Muscle Beach. If you want to look your very best, then Jason is your guy!

    I took a two year break from training with Jason, and I really got out of shape. I knew I needed to get back to the gym and back to a realistic workout and nutrition plan.     I began working out with Jason about 2 1/2 years ago, not long after having major surgery which dropped my weight almost 20 pounds. With the combination of Jason's expert mentoring re my diet, and especially with his expertise in weight training and all-around physical fitness, I've regained most of the weight I lost - in muscle! For me, the bottom line criteria for rating a personal trainer is results, and that's what Jason has provided for me. In addition to being so highly effective, Jason also makes my workouts a lot of fun! I could not recommend him more highly.
