    I work out with Jason 1 to 2 x per week. He is a great trainer but also provides nutritional support, helpful reminder emails about things you should (or Should NOT) be doing or eating on a regular basis but not over bearing. He provides advice and recommendations on supplements. The best part he is just a quick text away from any questions I have about my fitness and health.

    I've tried out a bunch of different trainers over the years and never had any great success with any of them. Not only have I seen immediate results with Jason (despite having a thyroid problem), but he's also kind-of funny and not a complete pain in the ass to be around. :) Seriously though: he attends to nutrition, weight loss, and strength training with focused precision. He doesn't impose his own agenda on you, he is there to get you the results that you want, and he is successful. You want him on your team.

    I have worked out with Jason multiple times. He has helped me so much! Not only did he show me how to properly perform exercises, but he also helps me stay motivated. I always wake up so sore after working out with him. If you want results I highly recommend him!

    When I was 53, I won the Venice Beach body building contest master's
    division because of Jason. I am a nurse by profession, not some disciplined, driven athlete. His
    heartfelt encouragement gave me the courage and his training techniques, that were quite
    frankly not that difficult, gave me THE body! If you do what he says, you will get what you want -
    plus! Jason really cares about results for you, not so common in the training world I have found.
    Don't put it off, it is never too late to win the body battle, and with Jason's help it will happen
    sooner than you think!

    Jason has helped me achieve very efficiently my goal of getting to 10 to 11 percent body fat. I tried to do it on my own for a few years but did not quite find the right combination of foods and portions that will work for me. Because I am a busy professional and wanted to try something different, having Jason as coach proved to be a good choice. While I don't work out with Jason, I work with one of the trainers he recommended and I have been pretty happy with my decision to do it. It is an investment that is paying off.
