    Jason has helped me achieve very efficiently my goal of getting to 10 to 11 percent body fat. I tried to do it on my own for a few years but did not quite find the right combination of foods and portions that will work for me. Because I am a busy professional and wanted to try something different, having Jason as coach proved to be a good choice. While I don't work out with Jason, I work with one of the trainers he recommended and I have been pretty happy with my decision to do it. It is an investment that is paying off.

    Jason completely changed my life! I had been trying to work out on my own for years and made some progress but had no idea what I was doing wrong. Jason immediately showed me correct form, taught me new exercises, gave me a great diet, and put me on track. I started at around 20% body fat and went down to 13%! I couldn't do a single pull up before and now I can do 10.

    Everyone calls me muscular or buff now. I look at myself in a totally different way. Thanks a lot Jason. Your training is worth every penny!

    Jason is simply awesome. I worked with him and his trainers for 3 months and got the exact results I wanted. I train simply to feel good and keep my health balanced. These last three months were focused on strengthening and leaning out, and he helped me devise a diet and training plan that specifically catered to my goals. He's professional and knowledgeable, and pushes you to your limits. I couldn't be more thrilled with my results!

    I've had personal trainers in the past, but Jason is by FAR the best of the best. He's tough, but I got amazing results in only 3 months. He's very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and motivational. I've worked out and lifted weights all my life, and I thought I knew it all. Boy was I wrong. He taught me things I've never heard anywhere else ... and it works. He's also insistent on keeping you safe and working around any injuries you have. BTW, he's also funny, so it makes the process of working out with him enjoyable. In addition to all this, he's still in amazing shape himself and practices what he preaches. He has the mindset of a champion and it's contagious. Working with him, I not only got amazing physical benefits (increased lean muscle mass and lowered body fat), but I also found my mind set in work and everyday life improved dramatically.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you to Jason for getting me (back) into shape. After years of yo-yoing between Weight Watchers and various starvation diets, Jason has finally gotten me on track. I called Jason at the beginning of July while in Maui with a Pina Colada in my hand, begging him for help getting into shape for my wedding. Since mid July, I have lost just under 30 pounds and feel better than I ever have. I have not only lost weight, but I have gotten into shape, feel fit, and am eating well (I rarely am hungry!). Jason has created the perfect work outs for me, incorporating upper and lower body weight training and TRX, without excacerbating my lower back problems/injury.

    So...if you're looking for a trainer who can keep you in line with tough love, get you results (despite any injuries!), and make you feel better than ever, Jason is your guy.
