My goal was to complete a triathlon! I first started my training in jason's spin classes which was very motivating. He later met me at the lake to improve my open water swim training. He really knew how to encourage and motivate me to push forward! Now, i have completed two triathlons in two months which has exceeded my expetations! 20

Coach Gibby has been working with me on triathlon training for almost a year now, and the results speak for themselves. I had knee surgery in Oct '13 and completed a sprint tri 6 months later, placing 2nd in the novice male group which completely exceeded my expectations. I travel for work a lot, but Jason is great about giving me workouts I can do on the road and he really knows how to work around a busy schedule. He challenges me with tough, but attainable goals. Best of all, he's an absolute workout machine with infinite patience and encouragement, no matter what your level of fitness. My advice: work with Coach Gibby and you won't regret it.
