Jason Carrillo

I am a Personal Trainer certified through the American Council on Exercise (A.C.E.) and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.) with over 20 years of weightlifting and exercise experience. I believe strongly that the foundation to any exercise or fitness program should be strength/power training, and I dont get caught up in all the fitness crazes that come and go thoughout the years. I am always reading, always learning, and always staying current with whats happening on the front lines of strength and conditioning. The way I train might not be what you're used to seeing, but it will always be way ahead of whats popular, and sometimes, ahead of what is widely published. I do understand that I can't save everyone from the lifestyle that they live, and to be honest, I will never make an attempt to. That is something most Personal Trainers will never admit to. But if you care a little, I care alot, and if you have flipped that switch and realize you do need a change, I will do everything I can to help you be better.

up in till i started training with Jason had never lifted weights before.Jason noticed some problems i had that if i had started lifting on my own i more than likely would hurt myself.after fixing these problem areas we moved on to lifting.i can honestly say i have never been stronger in my life, not even as a teen.i now do every thing better than before, from the smallest to the largest tasks.this is so much better than going to the gym, no looking at some fat guys backside as you workout,no feeling like your fat backside is being looked at! one on one all equipment open.Jason is not some crazy drill Sargent ,but hes all so not going to hold your hand and blow smoke up your butt. bring a good attitude and some determination and you will go far.
