I have trained with Jan for over two years. Lost a great deal of fat and created a leaner body. She gives me incentive every session to work on the things i am terrible at. Helped me rehab a new knee and I feel great. My energy level is great, I am on the go all the time and never home. Jan has helped keep the weight off, thank goodness.

Growing up I had always been active w/ sports so I never really needed to "watch what I ate." Twenty years & 2 kids later, life is a bit different now. Most of my activity revolves around driving the kids to various sporting events, sitting and watching, while not changing my eating habits at all. I was approaching 40 ans simply not happy with my body shape. I didn't necessarily need to lose a ton of weight, but I definitely was not tone. I knew I was in good hands as soon as I sat down w/ Jan in our initial consultation. She was right on board with my goals and formulated a workout/nutrition plan for me that was easy to understand and actually appeared attainable in my eyes. I was w/ her for 3 months and I can't tell you the difference I saw in my body shape. I was showing muscle shape everywhere while losing inches off my thighs, rear, waist & arms. I never thought it was possible, but it felt great! Jas was with me every step of the way, always encouraging me to push myself farther. Jan helped me realize I had so much more potential than I ever gave myself credit for. Because of that, I've been able to maintain my "new look" on my own!
I have been training with Jan for 3 years. I am a 60-year-old retired teacher who has taken up fishing as a hobby and have even tried my hand at ocean fly fishing. I have had back, hip and arthritis issues for many years, but Jan helps to keep me strong and limber enough to enjoy life and able to keep up with my 2-year old grandson. She is a knowledgeable, caring motivator. I highly recommend her methods and variety of exercise strategies.
I was a client of Jan's. I had put on over 50 pounds and bounced the scale with 10 pounds but couldn't lose the weight. I was amazed at how simple and easy the weight fell. Don't get me wrong, I worked hard, but she was so encouraging I left more energized than tired. It's been three years and I've kept the weight off; now I am going back keep my physical endurance up. Can't say enough about how grateful I am.
