Aaron Hines is a former collegiate football player. He attended Lambuth University in Jackson, TN (NAIA-2004-2006) where he played offensive line, as well as defensive line, during his time with the team. He later transferred to the University of Tennessee at Martin where he graduated with a B.S. in Health and Human Performance, with a concentration in Exercise Science in 2009.
Aaron went on to receive his M.S. in Exercise Physiology at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL in 2011. He completed his internship at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL where he worked with patients who were at risk for cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases.
Aaron has experience in many aspects of health and wellness including: sports specific training, active older adults, orthopedic injury, cardio pulmonary rehabilitation, and balance training. He also has experience as a personal health coach.
Aaron currently holds certifications in the following areas:
TRX Suspension Training
NASM- Fitness Nutrition Specialist
CSAC- Certified Speed and Agility Coach
