I have a degree in Exercise, Sport, Health and Education and my national personal training certification through NASM. In 2008 I began training with STOTT Pilates. I am certified in Mat and Reformer and trained in Cadillac. Over the last eight years I've taught hundreds of yoga classes and have my RYT certification.
Currently I am the Fitness Director at Westwood Club. I also work as a private consultant organizing weight loss, wellness programs and group classes. While going through training in Pilates, Balance Pilates became a home. I've been working with private and small group clients there since 2008.
