    I've been working out for several years now, but still benefitted a ton from J. Barber's corrections to my form/technique, variations and new exercises. He's helped me tone and tighten my problem areas (abs!!!) and increase my overall strength and muscle. His knowledge and attention to detail has been extremely helpful, especially with squats and deadlifts which were troublesome for me before due to knee, hip, and spine issues - which weight lifting correctly and with heavy weight has actually helped improve. He's pushed me further than I even thought possible! I would highly recommend him for anyone looking to strengthen, get fit, etc. Whatever your fitness goal is, he can get you there!
