I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science.

With over 8 years of experience in the field of fitness, I've worked with Oregon State Strength and Conditioning, Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, Athletes' Performance, and Core Performance Center. In my experience I've worked with professional, college, and high school athletes, general population, older adults, and severely overweight clients. My specialties include weight loss, body composition training, lean muscle gain, sports performance training, and maintaining health and wellness.

My passion is human performance and helping people reach their true potential. Whether your goal is to increase your sport performance, lower your body fat percentage, increase lean muscle mass, or you just want to live a healthy lifestyle; I want to show you the proper steps to get there.     Jules is a great trainer! Since working with her, she has helped me with my fitness goals, especially with my goal to run a marathon. I’m targeting my 3rd one now with her help. She’s a great motivator and has great knowledge of movement-training exercises. She also does a great job of working with me on setting annual goals and then revises as the year progresses.

    Jules is a great trainer - motivational and super knowledgable about movement, muscles and exercises that keep you interested in the gym. I'm not going to lie - I hate exercising and having Jules as my trainer makes the routine so much better. She's not those scary yeller boot camp kind of trainer. She listens and gives you solutions!

    I trained with Jules for a few months and achieved great results. She tailored my workouts to my specific goals and did not push one philosophy or approach. She has a no-nonsense style that pushed me hard but was not overbearing. Highly recommended.

    As a Registered Dietitian, I’ve always been into health and fitness but wanted to consult with an expert in Exercise Physiology to get my workouts dialed in to the finest degree. I was fortunate to have worked with Julianne Erickson at Core Performance a few years back. We remained in contact over the years and she has been creating my workout programs for quite some time now. Not only has she developed programs for me, she has also educated me about optimal training techniques, especially while preparing for specific races and events. I have run 9 half marathons and have felt great and remained injury free. I am looking forward to beginning my new training program for my first full marathon next March and I have no doubt Jules will prepare me well to complete this race. Not only is she a good coach, she definitely practices what she preaches :) She has multiple marathons under her belt so I trust she will not only get me there in 1 piece but will know how to mentally prepare me because she’s been in my shoes.

    Jules is an outstanding, charismatic, hard-driving trainer! I have been working out with her now for over a year (two days a week). The results have been consistent and beyond my expectations, and our routines change up every four to six weeks, so I never get bored and am constantly challenged.

    Jules is always punctual, very knowledgeable, fun and charming in personality, with extensive training in fitness. I greatly enjoy my time with Jules (even when it is at an un-godly hour around 6am), and intend to keep coming back for more.

    Jules is a top trainer, a pleasure to work out with, achieves outstanding results, and I recommend her without hesitation.
