    Shortly after moving back to the great city of Austin, after graduating from college, I decided a change was needed. I went to go check out the local gym and left with a membership and a personal trainer. I first met Ismael in September and told him I wanted to lose 20 lbs by years end. Well he and I not only achieved that goal, WE EXCEEDED IT! Month to month I see progressive results. In the beginning Ismael determined my squat form was incorrect, I hardly could do a push-up let alone last five minutes on the stair stepper. Now I squat like a pro...well getting there, I can crank out one legged push-ups and can go for more than 100 floors on the stair stepper!! I constantly give Ismael a hard time for putting me through these routines but it is all in good fun.

    Mohammed Ali said it best "I hated every minute of training, but I said, ''Don't quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life a champion"
    I tell myself this every time I gear up for a training session. I may not like it now but if I stick to it, results will be seen. And they keep coming!! I look forward to reaching and exceeding my overall goal. I must say I have experienced a paradigm shift towards working out and I'm looking forward to many more successful training sessions.

    I have used Ismael for a few months now and have seen great results. Although I give him a hard time about the exercise he makes me do, he still puts up with me and smiles. He is very motivating and spends a lot of time outside the gym monitoring my meals and exercise routine. He has made working out a great experience!
