Don't be embarassed Susan. Everyone knows that you have written AFAA as your certification but AFAA is "Agency is not available". That does not de-value you as a fitness professional. What's important is you are an Idea Member.

I always go with the basic (for safety). Before exercises, stretch each muscle group not more than 15 seconds. After the exercises, at least 30 seconds for each muscle group.
