Thanks for stopping by! I'm the author of "21 Days to Change Your Body (and Your Life)," available on Amazon.com, BN.com and Audible.com. In it, I share my own story of losing over 80 pounds.

As a trainer I am different in that I know what it feels like to be overweight. Once I was so overweight I was unable to even walk up a flight of stairs or tie my shoes. The 80 pounds I lost inspired me to become a certified personal trainer, Spinning instructor, barre instructor and fitness writer. Now I help other women get back in shape, with a splash of fun.

Consistency is key, and if you're ready - really ready - to get in shape and be consistent, contact me. Otherwise, visit my blog or Facebook page to get some tips on leading a fitter, happier life.

I contacted Helen after having her phone number for almost a year. I was so nervous that the reaction I would get would be the normal, too big, too uncoordinated, etc. She welcomed me with open arms, is never judgmental and has helped me with my strength and balance of which I had very little of. You see at 56 and being a first time Grandma, I decided I wanted to do the things with my granddaughter that I had done when my kids were young, which includes riding dirt bikes. In September 2013 we took our annual trip to San Diego for the Hydro-plane races and I was able to paddleboard (without falling off) with my kids. I was so excited I couldn't believe my balance had gotten that much better. And in November on one of our desert trips I was able to ride my daughters dirt bike. Helen has been a godsend for me, not only does she do the workouts with me, she motivates me, listens to my whining with a smile (she is so much better than a bartender) and is so flexible with my hectic schedule. I don't know why I waited a whole year to contact her, because she is the perfect trainer for me.

    Thanks for everything Helen,
    Janet

After having lost some weight, I sought out Helen's expertise to help me tone up my stomach and arms. Within just a few short weeks I could see muscles being formed in places that I really didn't know I had any muscles! Because of Helen I am more active, more confident and have tons more energy. I even learned that I love boxing. Helen encourages you to try harder for yourself, to believe that you can do it you only have to try.

    Thank you so much Helen!!!

Helen makes working out a joy and not a chore. Her attitude and demeanor make you want to see her even at 7 a.m.! Always a little different workout and always makes you feel you did something good.

Helen is a great personal trainer. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She helped me get into shape for my daughter’s wedding. She is very inspirational and motivating. She makes exercising doable and fun! She created within me a desire and gave me the tools to become physically fit. She taught me how to get the most out of my work outs by working more than one muscle at time. I have continued to use the techniques she taught me.
If getting in shape and being healthy is your goal, Helen is the trainer for the job.

Thanks Helen I will always be grateful,
