After 10 years as a fitness coach and Director for the YMCA I have created a Mobile Personal Training business. This is a new and exciting quest for me in this new chapter in my life. During my journey to health I have had many injuries which have taught me how to get the most out of exercise with what I can do at the moment. I believe anyone can accomplish their goals if they just keep moving. Movement of the body helps the movement of the mind which leads to mindful movement. The human body adapts which helps the body and mind move forward and get stronger.
In working with cancer survivors, diabetics and individuals with metabolic disease I have learned to meet individuals to help them achieve their fitness goals.
