Hi Trent, I can only speak for myself. I have been training clients via Skype for many years now. I have clients in Europe and in the US. It has been a great source of revenue for me and the best part of all is that it can be done from anywhere. I do both 1-on-1 and group training. If you have c...

There are so many variables that come into play when designing programs and performing other managerial duties that it's impossible to give you an answer that could be relevant to yours. I spend more or less a couple of hours each week designing programs for my individual clients and my group classe...

Hi Pedro, There is nothing wrong thinking out loud as long as you get all the credit for your thoughts ;-)! Using yourself as the trainer who will be performing the exercises and pass them to your clients, is the best way to go about it I think. Otherwise, why would potential client use your s...

Does anyone out there charge clients for on-line training? Do you use a program to design clients' programs?

Answered by Harris Sophocleous on Oct 01, 2014

I do Skype training and I also offer online programs as well (but only to clients I have trained 1-on-1 before). For Skype training I charge the same as if I was training them in-person because it still requires the same amount of time and preparation. I would also suggest the IDEA workout builder.

Bedilu, Seek one visit with a dietitian or a nutritionist to help you with this. Some big stores (such as Jewel) do provide this service for free to anyone who has questions about nutrition and/or their products. I know in Chicago they do offer this service at some of their stores. Otherwise ask ...
