One way to do it is to invite some or all of your friends to like your page and then they can share it on their page. Another way to go about it is to pay someone who specializes on FB promoting and help you reach a large number of audience.
I do Skype training and I also offer online programs as well (but only to clients I have trained 1-on-1 before). For Skype training I charge the same as if I was training them in-person because it still requires the same amount of time and preparation. I would also suggest the IDEA workout builder.
