This is really between you and the owner. I can't really give you a good answer because I don't know your situation. Maybe a 20%-30% of your revenue could be accounted as the portion you will be paying the gym per hour. This is just a suggestion and a starting point for negotiating.

This is something that needs to be discussed with your fitness manager or the gym owner (if you are a trainer). If you don't want to share any of your earnings with the gym then you can just pay a monthly rental fee and keep what ever you charge per hour (if this is an option).

Hi Debra, The price is usually set by the landlord or business owner and there is not much room for negotiation (this doesn't mean you should not try). Since you will not be using the space all the time an hourly fee would be the better option for your case. Good luck! Best, Harris
