Yes, it's a big part of my current income. I charge the same as a regular in-person training session. The time spent for this type of training is the same as if I had to travel to the client's location.

Your push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups and running are great. With those numbers you shouldn't have any problems. For whatever it is worth I would be doing a lot of rucking (with 50lbs+) and covering distances of 40 miles or more each week would be the norm.
