When I know I'm getting to that point I just take a couple of days of to give myself time to recoup and refocus. Sometimes can be longer than a couple of days. Reaching the burnt out point is never good and if that happens then it's too late.
It depends on the gym. Some provide free CPR/AED training and certifications to their employees and others don't. As far as I know there is no law requiring the gym to pay for the CPR/AED certification to their employees.
