Hi Denise, I have received some great leads form the IDEA site. The only thing I can suggest is to complete your profile to 100% and stay as active as you can. Eventually people will notice you and start searching for you. It also depends on the geographical area in which you reside at, since it ...

Hi Sheila, Sometimes it could be as simple as finding better shoes. Another option you could suggest to your client is to start incorporating surfaces such as sand for his training as well. I'm not sure how confident you feel about this, but my suggestion to you is to take them outdoors or at the very least train them at their apartments/homes. I see you reside in Southern California where the weath...

Do you offer 30 minute workout models? What are the pros and cons?

11 Answers | Asked by Joy Keller on Mar 07, 2012

Answered by Harris Sophocleous on Mar 26, 2014

I usually don't. My sessions are at least 45 minutes or longer because the type of training I offer it requires at least that much time. If they do the treadmill any other time, then I might give them some directions and/or tips (if needed), otherwis...

Since your client had two surgeries on the same shoulder , I would work closely with his/her client's PT and doctor. It seems like that rotator cuff has some issues and requires special attention. Susan and Karin have some great suggestions, but I would still consult with the PT.

Answered by Harris Sophocleous on Mar 24, 2014

Jad, Personally, I would recommend dumbbells for these moves. They are easier on the shoulder joint and provide better ROM. And if you have access to kettlebells, you could use those instead of dumbbells (especially for the shoulder presses). There are many videos online, but here is one that is ...
