Adaptability and determination are the main driving forces when I'm trying to achieve a goal. I set realistic goals and then I make a simple plan of how to achieve them. Unrealistic goals almost always fail to be accomplished.

Hi Colleen, To make this as simple as possible since this is your class and you make the rules, if you think the fans need to stay on then that's it. I am beginning a free community workout in a local park. Do I need a liability form for participants even if the class is free?

Yes, you need to have the participants sign a waiver for the obvious reasons. And as far as I know, in Chicago you need to get permission from the Park District if you are to hold classes in any of their parks and you will also need to list them in your liability insurance.
