Hi Izzet, Although it looks impressive and obviously you are in great shape, it seems to me that the clientele you are targeting must be more into Parkour or similar type of training and activities. I agree with Karin and Noel that you should post videos of your clients working out so others can ...

Answered by Harris Sophocleous on May 29, 2014

You might want to contact one of liability insurances that provide coverage here in the US and see what other options/suggestions they have. I would think that since you are providing classes/services within that base (I'm assuming this is the case even though you've mentioned NATO base), same laws ...

Writing a blog on whether certain fitness professionals should be part of the "Health Care System." Care to share thoughts?

5 Answers | Asked by Jill Brown on May 27, 2014

Answered by Harris Sophocleous on May 29, 2014

I agree with all of the above. I would also like to add that this will not happen unless there is a certification in place where those fitness professionals who would like to work with insurance companies must pass. It would be a liability headache and a big mess if the insurance companies start usi...

Hi Nicky, This question comes up often. When naming your business it's something that has to be very personal and should reflect your philosophy, training methods, services and uniqueness. No one knows your business and plan better that you. And you never know, one day others might also identify ...
