If your doctor has given you the clearance to cycle then I don't see any reason why not. Listen to your body and have an open communication with your physician if it becomes an issue.

Although a bit expensive I have use them in the past and I have no issues with them. I know other facilities in the area that use them and they are happy with them. If they fit your budget I don't see why not. Maybe someone else here could also give you some extra advise and/or recommendations.
