I always look forward to Grace's class. She brings the very best of what a great teacher should be. She is humorous, impressively knowledgeable on physiology, a stickler for correct form and always offers modifications to complete an exercise without compromising the benefits. Not only is Grace personable, she is also nonjudgmental and makes everyone feel they can they can do it. I know I should try more classes at the gym, but I keep going back to Grace's.

It is a pleasure to have Grace as our instructor. She always greets us with a warm smile and welcomes everyone with her professional wisdom. Her knowledge and motivation has put all of us on the right path to a healthier and stronger body. She is always observing, focusing on form and teaches us how to prevent injury to ourselves. She humors us along the way and when all is done you feel MARVELOUS!!!!!!You rock Grace!!!!!!!

Grace consistently delivers an great workout for everyone at all fitness levels. She succeeds in addressing the needs of beginners while making sure the experienced gym rats get the challenge they're looking for. She always educates the class on proper form, so you know you're being safe. And she is funny!!

I love going to Grace's classes. She always starts off by getting you in a happy place, reassuring you that everything outside of the gym will wait. She slowly builds her class and when I am done I always think " wow, I just did a complete and awesome workout". Grace teaches proper form and is always walking around the class making sure, adjusting if need be or encouraging students so we get the most out of each exercise. She let's you know to work at your best level and that level can change day to day. At the end of a class with Grace, I always know that I have just had an awesome work out and can feel great about my time at the gym

Grace is a teacher in the truest sense of the word. She runs her classes with enthusiasm, a sense of humor and a well grounded knowledge of the field. Grace not only tells us what to do and how to do it correctly but also how we benefit from it while always offering modifications. She gives us analogies applicable to everyday situations ("you're picking up a big box at Costco") that stick and I often find myself repeating them to myself outside of class. She can motivate me to work harder than just about any other teacher. I am a big fan of Grace, her classes are a priority.
