I got my start in fitness at the age of five, when I started training martial arts and basic body weight exercises. By the middle of high school I had gotten into weight lifting and basic body building techniques to help my confidence as a teenager, and to improve my martial arts ability.
During my short college career, I had explored different outlets for fitness, such as kettlebell training; and circuit interval training. By the time I had decided to leave school, I also started to take up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts.
Now that I am a full-time Fitness Instructor and Martial Arts teacher, I have two goals that I'm striving to achieve. Spread my love of fitness to as many people as possible, and to enter the UFC as a Mixed Martial Artist.
