Erin's classes are energizing and fun (boxing and aquatics), as well as empowering and healing (yoga and Pilates). Modifications are given and smiles abound so that everyone feels welcome in her classes. Erin's main goal is to make her classes enjoyable and safe for all participants so they will be inclined to make fitness a part of their lifestyle. The fitness philosophy Erin follows includes the seven dimensions of wellness: emotional, environmental, intellectual, occupational, physical, social, and spiritual. During leisure time, she and her husband enjoy hiking, fly fishing, and viewing wildlife. Erin's hobbies include making homemade skincare products, learning about America’s First Ladies, and reading cozy mysteries.
