I love to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives one step at a time. Maintaining my weight has never been easy for me. In fact, for many years I weighed over 200 pounds. After struggling with depression and anxiety I decided to incorporate physical fitness into my life as a part of my mental health. I loved the way I felt after working out. Slowly I began to change the way I ate resulting in a 60+ pound weight loss. I want to share my passion for fitness with others and help people make changes in their lives to realize their goals and dreams.
