I am a personal trainer/fitness coach and a group fitness instructor for classes such as: Kettlebell, TRX RIP & Suspension trainers, CORE, Balance, HIIT, Circuit training, Bootcamps.

I will come to your house (women only) or you can come to the gym I work out of (no membership required). One of the only places in Madison that allows that. I will also come to your company for after work or noon hour workouts.

I am working towards my associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant to be completed in 8/2016.

    This class is a fun, challenging, full body workout that keeps you going throughout the day! Erika pushes your body to burn fat and gives you definition fast.
