Erik Fredrickson is the founder and president of Prana Fit, Inc., a personal training and fitness consulting company. He is also a certified executive and personal coach. His vision is for all to experience better health, abundant energy, and balance in life. In addition to creating fitness programs for his clients, Erik enjoys presenting workshops, designing gyms, and has consulted and managed for health clubs around the United States. Practicing fitness professionally for over 18 years, he has experience in personal training, holistic health, nutrition and a BA in psychology. Aside from his career as a fitness educator, Erik enjoys writing, paddle boarding, and marital arts. He loves collaborating with his wife Sara, and playing with his son and daughter. Whether it’s exercising or trips to the beach, Erik loves to keep active as a family.

    I’ve been training with Erik for the past 6 months and cannot say enough amazing things about him. I was very out of shape after my second baby and Erik has helped me get fit and feel better about myself. He’s patient, kind, and only sets you up to succeed in every workout. Erik is a true professional with so much knowledge and expertise in all aspects of fitness. I’m so thankful that I have been able to go through this fitness journey with him.

    Erik is an excellent trainer. He mixes a variety of exercises into every workout - focusing on cardio, strength, flexibility - and escalates reps and intensity as your capabilities increase. So sessions always remain challenging while fun, He's also really good about ensuring that you maintain proper form in order to maximize effectiveness and avoid injury.

    Moreover, Erik's a really great guy and incredibly dedicated to his work; you feel it in your workouts, he's the best & I highly recommend him,

    I have been training with Erik for the last 4 yrs., and he has changed my life even with some injuries. He is extremely Professional and very knowledgeable on Fitness and any related subject. He is very kind and extremely patient , and he always find new ways to make our sessions fun , I am extremely thankful he is in my life ! and i wish i can workout five days a week. He is the BEST!!

    I have been in Erik's classes for quite a few years. He has definately made a difference in my life. I recently lost 23 pounds and I have to give some credit to Erik and Sara for all of their help. He teaches an amazing class and never focuses on one body part, he covers it all and keeps the classes interesting so the time just flies by. His workouts are always full of new and different exercises mixed in with some old and true ones. He never makes you feel uncomfortable and never singles people out like some other classes that I have been in. I always look forward to going to class.

    I have been fortunate enough to have worked with Erik for the past 2+ years. I am a highly motivated, fitness enthusiast yet Erik has challenged me to reach beyond my expectations while exploring many different types of training. Erik has a varied fitness background and safely incorporates many different forms into our workouts such as martial arts, core training, resistance training, classical weight training and boxing. His patience, dedication to his clients and genuine personal interest in each one is remarkable. Erik is far from the trainer who dictates exercises and counts while you struggle. I look forward to our training sessions and am always surprised at how fast the time goes!
