There is no such best or even good "diet" to lose weight. It's called eating with healthy lifestyle choices: lean meats/protein, lots of veggies (I highly recommend regular veggy juicing), moderate fruit, moderate healthy fats. & of course regular strength & cardio exercise!

Agreed, potentially unneeded wear & tear on your shoulders & rotator cuff muscles. Spend a couple extra minutes in the gym & lift to strengthen your shoulders. If you want your walking workouts to be more challenging find some hills or sand.
