I am the creator of the Comprehensive Lifestyle Plan (CLP) - a personal training philosophy with the focus on the whole person. Your individual program will be designed with the 5 elements of the CLP at its core: . exercise . nutrition . stress management . body awareness . balance .
Since 1998, I have successfully used the Comprehensive Lifestyle Plan to change the lives of countless clients. Core focused, the plan encompasses preventative and rehabilitation therapy tools designed with an element of fun.

I teach a personal training certification course (WITS) through Seattle Central Community College, and have served as the Program Coordinator for the World Rhythm Festival held here at the Seattle Center in WA for the past 5 years.
