Since 1998, I have successfully used the Comprehensive Lifestyle Plan to change the lives of countless clients. Core focused, the plan encompasses preventative and rehabilitation therapy tools designed with an element of fun.
I teach a personal training certification course (WITS) through Seattle Central Community College, and have served as the Program Coordinator for the World Rhythm Festival held here at the Seattle Center in WA for the past 5 years.
