Got back to working out after a long time of laziness and bad diet. Luckily I met Emanuel who helps me push myself a little bit farther every time, adjusting the workout plan especially for me and motivating me. he's
very attentive to every question I have, and making sure I'll give 100% when I'm working out.
3 month later, I'm seeing results, and LOVING to work out.
Couldn't have done it without Emanuel!!
Still a long road ahead but I know I'm in the best hands ;)

I've known Manny for several years. I met him at the NYSC in Rego Park in 2011. I never tried spinning before and wanted to give it a shot. I immediately started taking Manny's classes and loved it! The spin classes provided a good benchmark for the cardio portion of my current figure training competitions. Manny is an excellent spin instructor and personal trainer. He is friendly and patient with his customers, but knows how to bring the heat! :-) If you're looking for a great trainer, I highly recommend Manny.

I've been going to NY Sports in Rego Park for approximately 8 yrs. I've watched Emanuel train some women in the early mornings. These women wanted to loss weight and as months passed, the pounds shed. I am a survivor of a stroke - I first went thru 5 months of various rehabs and then I knew I needed to get a trainer as I needed to get stronger . I spoke with Emanuel and started training with him since July. He pushes me with a smile on his face :-) which are the moments I hate him but I've seen myself getting stronger on my left side. I am also now able to do something that I took for granted prior to he stroke. The most important, I know that he knows of what he speaks, which is extremely important to me. He us a kind and compassionate man. I look forward to the next 3 months of work outs and knowing how much stronger I will be the first of the year.

I've been spinning with Emmanuel for the past 5 years or so and he teaches a great class. He makes safety a priority with making sure that we stretch before and after class and that our bicycles are on the right settings. Emmanuel is a great motivator and walks around the class to check with everyone and doesn't stay on the bicycle the whole time. He also plays really good music!
