4 weeks ago I went to Liz with an 8 week goal to get me ready for an 8 day hike through the Sawtooth Mountains in Idaho and she developed a plan for me to increase endurance, stamina, flexibility and core endurance. With four weeks to go, I have dropped 8 lbs., am able to make it through a training session without wanting to die and notice everyday activities (taking out garbage, lawn work, etc.) are much easier. I am assuming that is core strength. I look forward to my trip and will continue working with Liz to reach my goals.

I was gaining and losing the same ten pounds for the last fifteen years. Now, I’m well on my way to good health! The group workouts are intense, but very fun and motivational. Liz is very encouraging, supportive of her clients, and has helped me reach goals I thought were not possible for someone my size and physical condition. I’m progressively getting strong and loving it! Thank you Liz!!

Liz is an amazing teacher. I met her about a year ago at my taekwondo dojang, where she is a senior student and repeat gold metal winner, and have been taking personal training, group training and boot camp sessions with her ever since.

She got me into tip-top shape when I was training for my black belt, reduced my body fat, helped me develop and tone muscles I'd never seen before, and tailored activities for me to alleviate my chronic back pain. She has also helped me with my diet, my energy, my stamina and my strength.

Training with her and being in class with her is such a pleasure because she brings so much positive energy and knowledge to everything she does. She is always learning new teaching tools and changing up her routines so that they never get old. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I have been training with Liz for over three years. She knows her clients strengths and weaknesses. She researches all conditions so that she can best serve her clients. I had hip replacement surgery and never went to a Physical Therapy session - I went to Liz. At the three year mark of my surgery, I went to the doctor for a check up and he could tell by my x-rays that I had been doing super exercises because of the amount of bone growth - I owe that all to Liz.

Liz works her clients hard - and that is what I like and want. She never wants you to do less than you are able.

With Liz, you are fit for life.

Liz is great. i met her the first time i had joined a gym and had never worked with a personal trainer. she understands women but also works with a lot of men. she was really kind and motivating especially for someone new to working out, but she also pushed me when i needed it. she is very knowledgable and i learned so much that i still use today. it was well worth it. i was glad to have met her! thanks liz! ~jeannie

Liz is a great trainer. She works with you and genuinely cares about you. She has even said to bring my baby to the sessions so I don't won't miss out. She pushes you to do your best and gets results. I enjoy working out with her and her rates are reasonable. Karen K

I have been working out with Liz for about 5 years now. She is an excellent trainer and genuinely cares about her clients. She works hard to keep the sessions challenging and beneficial. I have many sports-related injuries and she tailors my workouts to accommodate my limitations.

I have trained with Liz for three years and would recommend her to anyone.I am a third degree blackbelt in tae kwon do and working with Liz keeps me in great shape for my martial arts.
