Emily DiTraglia

Chicago, IL 60612-2378

I started my fitness career teaching aerobics classes at my alma mater, Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH in 2004. I have always been in love with fitness, and teaching was a great way for me to share my passion. I have experience in leading boot camp, kickboxing, strength, cardio, TRX, and Spinning classes. In addition to teaching fitness classes, I became a certified personal trainer and lifestyle & weight management coach in 2011. I was very excited to start working one-on-one with my clients. For fun, I compete in marathons, triathlons, and cycling races. I love developing training plans for individuals to reach their competition goals!

As my personal trainer, Emily has done a tremendous job customizing the sessions to work on the key areas that I want to further develop. She pays close attention to my strengths and weaknesses and builds future sessions from those. Her homework assignments are always very detailed and easy to follow. Thanks for continuing to motivate me and keeping it fun!

I have been taking boot camp classes from Emily for 3years now and look forward to her class every Sunday. She is a wonderful and enthusiastic instructor who challenges us every class and always keeps things new and fresh. When I was pregnant, she always made sure I had different options so that I could still take part in the classes while being safe. I truely hate missing Sunday boot camps, especially after gorging on a Saturday night!
