Emily (DiTraglia) Kocher

I started my fitness career teaching aerobics classes at my alma mater, Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH in 2004. I have always been in love with fitness, and teaching was a great way for me to share my passion. I have experience in leading boot camp, kickboxing, strength, cardio, TRX, and Spinning classes. In addition to teaching fitness classes, I became a certified personal trainer and lifestyle & weight management coach in 2011. I was very excited to start working one-on-one with my clients. For fun, I compete in marathons, triathlons, and cycling races. I love developing training plans for individuals to reach their competition goals!

    As my personal trainer, Emily has done a tremendous job customizing the sessions to work on the key areas that I want to further develop. She pays close attention to my strengths and weaknesses and builds future sessions from those. Her homework assignments are always very detailed and easy to follow.     I have been taking boot camp classes from Emily for 3years now and look forward to her class every Sunday. She is a wonderful and enthusiastic instructor who challenges us every class and always keeps things new and fresh. When I was pregnant, she always made sure I had different options so that I could still take part in the classes while being safe. I truely hate missing Sunday boot camps, especially after gorging on a Saturday night!
