I started my fitness career teaching aerobics classes at my alma mater, Xavier University located in Cincinnati, OH in 2004. I have always been in love with fitness, and teaching was a great way for me to share my passion. I have experience in leading boot camp, kickboxing, strength, cardio, TRX, and Spinning classes. In addition to teaching fitness classes, I became a certified personal trainer and lifestyle & weight management coach in 2011. I was very excited to start working one-on-one with my clients. For fun, I compete in marathons, triathlons, and cycling races. I love developing training plans for individuals to reach their competition goals!
