My name is Donna Anderson and I own Donna's Home Fitness which I run out of my home in South Naperville. We also travel to our clients homes if they prefer. I provide personal training, small group training, circuit training classes, boot camps, Mat Pilates classes, HIIT and kids fitness. All levels are welcome as all exercises can be scaled to accommodate beginning exercisers through high level athletes. My perinatal certification and experience working out through all three of my pregnancies allows me to safely monitor clients exercise through pregnancy and after.

    I have been working out with Donna for several years and started training when I had knee pain. She has helped me through that issue and continues to help me get stronger and stay injury free. Her expertise as well as her enthusiasm makes her an amazing trainer. I also have attended her boot camp since it started and it is a challenging and fun workout (even at 6:45 on a Saturday morning!). I highly recommend Donna.

    Donna has given me a new and positive approach to working out! I have a very busy life with four kids, work full time and travel. I only wish I had found Donna sooner!! I have now made training with her two times a week a priority in my life. In just 9 weeks, I have lost weight, I have really noticed my body changing, and most importantly, I feel so much better about myself. Training with Donna is challenging, rewarding and fun! She really manages to add variety to each class, and encourages you to push yourself from your comfort zone! I highly recommend Donna's Home Fitness, and Donna for her experience, expertise and ability to provide a great workout in a friendly and comfortable environment! I honestly look forward to working out...even at 6am!!

    I have been working with Donna since my surgery 11 weeks ago on my left achilles tendon. She has been tremendous in my recovery by helping me maintain my aerobic capacity and upper body strength. She has also helped in preparation for PT (Physical Therapy). The therapist are amazed as to my strength and agility so soon after surgery. I definitely recommend Donna as a personal trainer. Her experience, knowledge, planning and attention to your personal needs and goals make Donna an exceptional trainer.

    I've been training with Donna twice a week for about 3 months and LOVE IT!!! So far with Donna's help I've lost over 20 lbs. - I'm more fit and feel better about myself!! She is friendly and has a motivational energy that makes me actually look forward to working out!! Donna takes the time to understand her clients needs, knowing that everyone is different.
