    I have been training with DJ since November 2014. I never thought that having a trainer was something that would be my style. I will say that it is a great experience. DJ motivates me during our sessions. His commitment to his profession is paramount and it shows every time in our sessions. He is attentive to detail and pushes me to my ability, even when I don't think I can do it! My fitness level has increased tremendously over the last 5 months. My next focus will be on my nutrition, even though that hasn't been much of a focus for me, I have dropped my pant size, my clothes fit better, but most of all I feel great. Thank you DJ!

    I have been training with DJ since Sept 2014. Through nutrition education and my workout sessions I have lost 75 lbs., increased my physical well-being and decreased my pant size. All my sessions with DJ, whether one-on-one or small group, are thorough, full hour, hard work through encouraging direction. Each session with DJ my confidence and abilities in the gym increase. He provides very attentive programming and is great at pushing you a little more than you thought you were capable of. DJ's knowledge, experience and commitment to my programming have been invaluable.

    i have been training with DJ since Oct. 2014. My goal is to compete in a bodybuilding competition in 2016. Since starting with DJ i have lost 27 lbs.My % bodyfat as of Mar 30 2015 is 11.1 %. My Strength has doubled in most exercises and close to tripled in a couple.
    DJ is a great motivator, has a vast knowledge base and truly enjoys what he is doing. He has made a huge difference in my training.
