I would definitely have a fitness certification in place before training anyone. If you are training outside a gym, also get liability insurance. The client should also sign a waiver. You are putting yourself at risk if you train clients without the proper credentials.

Go to the TRX website, they should list training locations. I suggested the group certification for TRX,even if you are a personal trainer. It is awesome. My clients love it. If you have any questions, please contact me.

You should check out this person credentials. Are they a certified personal trainer, do they have experience, do they have insurance? Price should be based on their ability and expertise.

I am currently taking the NASM Corrective Exercise Certification. I find it worthwhile. There are videos that correspond with each chapter in the book and a review guide. There are very good instructional videos of the exercise programs.
