I am a nature-oriented person. To stay true to nature in this era takes quite a bit of effort, but it can be very rewarding. The more we stick to nature, the healthier we will stay.

I have studied all sorts of disciplines including Pilates, yoga, kickboxing, capoeira, and, of course, strength and conditioning. I have had the honor of teaming with the most amazing clients. The success of each story has been the motivation and inspiration to continue learning and helping more people find a healthy and happy lifestyle.

    Diana has been very helpful in specific exercises to help strengthen and heal a shoulder injury that I had. She is very sensitive to what the body needs for ideal function and form. I really appreciate her depth of knowledge and experience! She is also delightful to work with!
