    Despite my hesitations, Desiree's positive reinforcement and knowledge of healthy exercise has gotten me off the couch! She has given me some great tips on basic healthy food habits that weren't drastic changes, but small changes that will help me reach my life changing goals. Desiree is fantastic at helping me customize my own workout plan and helping me tweak my old diet. After just the short time of following her advice so far, I can already feel a difference. I sleep better, I feel better through the day and I actually look forward to doing some sort of exercise. I'd say she did pretty well with this couch potato! These are things I didn't expect myself to ever say, but Desiree's personalized help is awesome!
