Finding my own way out of chronic pain led me to exercise. I knew my body was created to move, and I wanted to do so without being told, "If it hurts, don't do it." I discovered that proper alignment and appropriate movement patterns would keep me safe and injury free. I also discovered that without the proper mindset, most things aren't possible. Now I'm on a mission to help those who think they cannot, to know they can. That's why my tagline is, "Training the mind to train the body."
Our bodies were created for movement. Not doing so is a terrible waste.
