Balance Personal Training is a client-focused company aimed to balance every client’s mind and body through fitness. Debbie Kulmer and the staff at Balance Personal Training's FIT LAB are certified and experienced. We build fitness training programs around the client, so every client is efficiently working towards their goals. Whether the client is aiming to cut body fat and form healthy eating habits or wanting to train for a 5K or other event, the staff at the FIT LAB will steadily work one-on-one with the client empowering them to meet their goals. In addition to Personal Training options we also offer group fitness classes and specialty programs. Motivation and education in group ex or personal training—instead of simply going through the movements is key in to achieving one's goals.

    Debbie truly has a gift for motivating and encouraging people to be the best they can be. This was evident in her Boot Camp, as well as SPINNING's 8 Week Weight Loss Program and her aerobics classes. She always pushed me to give it my best, but never further than my body could handle. I'm not sure where the energy comes from so early in the morning, but she encouraged me to accomplish my goals and feel better about myself. After 4 weeks of camp (5 days/week) I not only dropped 10 pounds, inches and body fat, but felt better and had more energy than I have had in years.Thanks Debbie! I look forward to working with you again soon.

    I am a relatively inexperienced runner. I only picked up running to occupy some free time and keep my weight down. Through the help and expertise of Balance Personal Training, I have been able to learn specific techniques that have proven immediate results. Balance PT has given me the motivation and knowledge to continue my running at a higher level.

    According to the New England Journal of Medicine the average adult weight gain is 1-2 lb a year and holiday wt gain is just 1lb indicating adults never lose the holiday gain. One study showed the already over weight people had a holiday gain of 5lb or more. College students gained their holiday wt during Thanksgiving.
