I do my best to schedule my clients around my workouts. If I can not, then I get creative and flexible, riding a bike, walking or stretching between clients. Since I live in FL, most days it is easy for me to do my running workouts outside early in the morning or later in the evening.

To really figure out which opportunity is more lucrative you would need to calculate your overhead: gas, automobile maintenance, equipment. The other factor to examine is the amount of time you spend going from client to client.

Many of my clients are referrals from my current clients and my network. I put a lot of effort into building relationships with the people who will either refer clients to me OR they personally hire me. I also agree with Marie's strategy.

The best (right) way to eat is based on what each individual requires to be healthy and energized to perform their daily activities. A better question to ask is: how do we create an eating plan and assess the quality of that eating plan to know we are eating for our individual needs.
