I've been training in Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do) for almost 20 years and currently a 3rd degree black belt. I am a Certified RapeEscape (FLAG) self defense instructor. I was certified to teach CardioKarate back in 1998 by Master Instructor John Graden/NAPMA and have since developed my own aerobic fitness kickboxing program at the American Institute of Tae Kwon Do in Monroe CT - Tues & Thurs 7:15-8:15pm & Kickbox Boot Camp Saturday mornings 9:00-10:00am

I offer personal training in Kickboxing, Women's Self Defense, TRX Suspension Training, One-on-One Boot Camp Circuit Workouts - I can be YOUR Jillian Michaels!!

I am a certified Group Exercise Instructor & Fitness Trainer and currentlly employed by Take Care Health Systems, MediFit Inc. and Health Fitness Corporation as a Health & Fitness Specialist.
