I am a certified personal trainer who gets results in 1 hour per week. I am warm, personable, and empathetic, yet I will push you to your limits in order to achieve your goals.
My unique approach to fitness focuses on giving individuals the tools they need to build and maintain a high level of physical activity and a healthy approach to life.
My emphasis is strength and metabolic conditioning. I work with each individual to develop a customized plan consisting of two 30-minute (private or semi-private) sessions per week by appointment. These workouts are aimed at improving body composition and contour by adding lean muscle tissue, combined with a dietary strategy to reduce body fat.
I will assist you with:
- Gaining muscle and losing fat
- Assessing your physical condition and tracking changes
- Setting and reaching your goals
- Learning proper strength training techniques
