Just Move Fitness is an integrative wellness program designed for the individual in mind. One trainer, one individual with a multitude of health & fitness options tailored specifically to meet your personal fitness goals. JMF's primary services include, 1:1 and 2:1 fitness and yoga lessons with the option to indulge in a blend of Thai massage and Zen shiatsu treatments to aid in muscle recovery. Additionally, nutrition meal plan updates are offered for individuals interested in learning more about how to lose weight or maintain weight with fitness nutrition coaching. It is our intention to provide a genuine personal training experience through positivity, encouragement, attention to detail and fun!
Deanna is a fun, results-driven personal trainer with over 15 years of fitness, yoga and personal training experience. A born mover, she shows her passion and love for fitness by helping people achieve health and wellness goals through high quality personal training services and specifically through the SAID principle, or Specific Adaptations to Imposed Demands.
