My name is Dawn Baker. I’ve been a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach since 2011. What started off for me as a part-time job, through a leap of faith, became a full-time career. My days primarily consist of mobile training and teaching group classes at various sites when contracted. I train at client’s homes, workplace, parks, studios and occasionally my home gym. My clientele has always been majority referrals through former or current members. This has been great because I continue to reach people that otherwise may not seek training on their own, can’t get to a gym or aren’t sure what or who they are looking for. My interest in the Health and Wellness Industry was not only motivated through my own journey with fitness but a strong desire to know how the body works, what roles our systems play in proper function and better mechanics overall. I have a strong commitment and dedication to learning through my certifications, continued education, workshops, conferences, seminars and applying it to the greater benefit of my clients. I've been fortunate enough to work with many ages groups from 14-89, male and female, with many varied limitations or restrictions. I'm excited and passionate about helping others to achieve their goals but more importantly to achieve a lifelong healthy way of living. This isn't just about the max you can do at this period of time, trending fads or eating right/dieting for a certain occasion. It's how you will carry all your training, nutrition, behavior and habits into your future. It's how well equipped you will be to continue working out and learning the proper methods to do so. As a trainer, I know the importance of respect, motivation, encouragement, compassion, accountability, consistency and trust required in building and maintaining a better the quality of life. Each opportunity to provide quality instruction, whether one on one or group training, I am ready to give you my best and bring your best out of you. I am committed to changing lives, providing positive guidance throughout, and delivering results. I am here to help.

    Dawn is an amazing trainer/fitness professional. I've seen her grow from the day she first began training and giving up everything to become devoted to helping clients achieve their goals and stay true to her passion. She continues to expand her knowledge every chance she has and build her client base. She delivers results and that gave me inspiration to become a trainer because I see how important it is to her. She let me assist her as I started the process and I have learned so much.

    Dawn creates custom work outs to meet the individual needs of her clients. Every session is different so you never get bored! I never knew there were so many different ways to work the same muscle groups. She is always positive and encourages me to push myself when I am ready to give up. She makes sure I am using the proper form for my workouts. I highly recommend Dawn to anyone wanting to make a positive change in their life!

    Dawn Baker has the extraordinary ability to adapt to individual needs. Whether strength or endurance training, she modifies the plan according to my needs each session. She is very observant and exacting, making sure that I am in proper position when I perform any movements. This degree of attention is rare. Also, I love that she varies the exercises. No routine is "routine"; so, I move forward more quickly with my own development. Always enough challenge, but never more than I can handle. Through her encouragement and programs, I have added hiking trails and races to complement Dawn's training sessions. I had never entered a race in my life. Now I have completed two 5km races. THANK YOU, DAWN!

    I have been working out with Dawn for just over a month now. I can not recommend her highly enough.

    Each and every workout is unique and challenging which she quickly learned is exactly what I need to keep me focused. Target areas, full body conditioning and mental/emotional support are Dawn's speciality - complete package for fitness success!

    Though it is very hard to pick just one exceptional quality, I would recommend Dawn most for listening to me and my body and making sure that our workouts and her support are an exact fit.

    Starting over with fitness at 56 was a daunting prospect. Dawn has made it an easy committment!

    I am bless to have found Dawn at the Bellafitnessgroup. We attend bootcamp together. I am impressed about Dawn is that she is caring, loving, inspirational, motivator, strong, great person to work with. Dawn and I run races together, she always stay with me and never give up on me. I recommend her to any one who want to lose weight, physical health, healthy diet, nutritional advice.
