Dawn Anderson is a Certified Personal Trainer, RKC HKC Kettlebell, TRX Qualified, and a CrossFit Level-1 Trainer. Specializing in functional strength training and weight loss, she trains the body in the manner in which it was made to function. Dawn’s personal fitness journey has changed her life. She spent years living with chronic fatigue and pain from fibromyalgia. In her quest for a healthier life, she started to exercise and changed her diet. She became so passionate about nutrition, fitness and proper exercise form that she decided to become a trainer and help others Get STEEL Strong. Her coaching style is gentle but firm, and ultimately extremely effective. A true fitness eclectic, utilizing tools such as barbells, kettle bells, and sandbells, her workouts are both physically challenging and mentally rewarding.
