    Like many people I ran and thought that as long as I remained active I would be fit for life, but as a woman 40 was a game changer. My metabolism slowed down and I needed to do more if I wanted to maintain my weight and shape. I started training with David 4 ½ years ago, and I have to say that as I approach 50 I am in the best shape of my life. He has provided guidance on what supplements to take as well as what to eat. David has also been very good at working me through several injuries. The workouts didn’t stop, but were altered in a manner that allowed me to continue to work out while my body healed. The workouts are challenging, but so much fun that I am often surprised when he says it is time to stretch. I highly recommend David as a trainer.

    I have tried a lot of personal trainers over the years, and David is by far the best I have ever worked with. His workouts are challenging and innovative, and geared towards helping you meet your fitness goals. Most of all, David's workouts are fun. I used to drag myself to training sessions with other trainers. With David, I am always looking forward to the next one. He pushes me harder than I would ever push myself, and the hour flies by. He has made me stronger and fitter than I ever thought I would be, and he always helps me redefine and set new goals as I achieve old ones.
