I have been a CPR instructor since 2001. I teach adult, child and infant CPR and First Aid. I teach at businesses, schools, and people homes.

I have been a Personal Fitness Trainer since 2001. I work with people who need help with weight loss, health and people who have medical conditions.

I have recently added Advocare products to help my clients get the proper supplementation with their training. Advocare has helped me with weight loss, building muscle and it has helped my digestive system.

    Darlene is an AWESOME personal trainer!!! She listened to my concerns and goals and has tailored a routine to achieve the goals. Her personality is warm, caring and professional......so wonderful, I have a cheerleader who pushes me every time I am with her. She continues to give me advice on ways to tweak my nutrition to achieve my end result. Training sessions are always fresh and innovated so I am never bored. I am stronger and feeling better all the time with Darlene's help and coaching!!!!

    I began working with Darlene at a friend's recommendation. Regular exercise has not been a part of my lifestyle for much of my life and I wanted to change that. I chose to work with a trainer in order to learn proper technique so I would not injure myself. Darlene listened to my reasons for wanting to work out, and she asked about any concerns. She tailored workouts that were exactly what I needed to strengthen my weak areas (and there were many!) and that paid special attention to areas of my body where I had chronic pain. After a few short weeks, I gained noticeable strength, and am no longer living with pain on a daily basis. Her workouts are always challenging and motivating. She is the best cheerleader! She works me out with all of the toys in the gym...kettlebells, circuit weights, free weights, exercise balls and much more so that every session is interesting and fun. She is always open to answer any questions I have, and is a fantastic teacher, motivator and trainer. I highly recommend Darlene if you find yourself wanting to walk into a gym but do not know where to start. She will build both your body and your confidence!

    Darlene is one in a million! She is so helpful and sensitive to my needs and how I am feeling. She gives me ideas of how I can push myself even when I don't want to exercise. She helps me pick and choose what I should eat and not eat. She is a very kind and caring person. She makes me feel like I am her only client. Thanks for everything Darlene!!

    Darlene is, by far the best personal trainer ever. She not only helps you with exercising, she helps you with food goals. She is enthusiastic & fun to work with. There was NEVER a day that I didn't want to go to exercise with her!!!

    Darlene helped me recover and gain use of my arm back after breast cancer surgery. Also, she helped me obtain my weight goal and helps keep me motivated. I highly recommend Darlene for your personal fitness needs.
